The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other necessary items to provide Military Sport Bike Course/Advanced Riders Course (MSBC/ARC) and Basic Riders Course (BRC) classes to authorized personnel assigned to Dyess AFB, TX. The Government anticipates a contract that is base plus four (4) option years. All training shall be held within a 20 mile range of the Abilene/Dyess AFB area.
