Mount Rainier National ParkOhanapecosh, WA, County: Lewis Description of Requirement:BASE Item: Remove and replace existing heating and distribution systems. All old equipment and hardware are to be removed out of the park by the contractor. Contractor will remove existing boiler, water holding tank, hydronic piping, radiators, flue pipe and LP line. Contractor shall provide and install new water heater and holding tank for domestic hot water supply separate from the heating system.Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.Location: O-116 is an Apartment Building accessed from WA State Route 123, adjacent to the Ohanapecosh Campground, in the south east corner of Mount Rainier National Park. The nearest town is Packwood Washington located 11 miles to the south. Packwood is a small town with minimal amenities and services.
