COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONThe Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center located at 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 has a requirement for Move / Installation Services. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be adhered to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in Small Business Administration (SBA) www.sba.gov prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ and at the time of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving, and $34 Million dollars, respectively. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. This requirement will be awarded to a responsible contractor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, considering price, technical factors, and past performance. Comparative evaluations will be used to evaluate offerors as prescribed in FAR 13.5.All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at time quotes are due to be considered for an award of a federal contract. Registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications.
