Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By The Board Of Commissioners Of Douglas County, Georgia, At The Douglas County Purchasing Office, Located At 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 Unti111:00 Am Est, February 12, 2025. No Bids Will Be Accepted After The 11:00 Am Est Deadline, February 12,2025. No Submitted Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Scheduled Bid Opening For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. All Work Performed For This Project Will Be In Accordance With The Georgia Department Of Transportation Standard Specifications, Construction Of Roads And Bridges, Current Edition, And Any Modifications Identified In The Bid Documents. The Bidder Shall Not Subcontract, Transfer, Assign, Or Otherwise Dispose Of The Contract Or Any Portion Thereof, Without The Written Consent Of Douglas County.
