PURPOSE: The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to hire a contractor for the installation of four PFAS filtration systems for the treatment of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in four residential homes in Ely, MN. LOCATIONS: 1932 W Shagawa Road, Ely, MN 1960 W Shagawa Road, Ely, MN 1975 W Shagawa Road, Ely, MN 1988 W Shagawa Road, Ely, MNQUESTIONS DEADLINE: 2:00 PM, Central Time, December 15, 2025 PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: The project shall be substantially complete no later than June 15, 2026. SALES AND USE TAX. The Contractor is responsible for including sales and use tax in the price offered. The State-s direct pay permit does not apply to this project. ATTACHMENTS.
