This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System is seeking to purchase Brand Name only. Iradimed MRidium 3860+ Non-Magnetic IV Infusion Pump.
The basis for the evaluation shall be price alone. The offeror must provide a letter that they are an authorized distributor.

Vendor is required to fill in Attachment VAAR 852.219-76 and return with their quote.
