This is not a Request for Quotations but rather it is a Special Notice. Interested vendors may submit a quote by completing the bid schedule in the attachments section below and sending it to the email contacts listed in this notice before the deadline on 7-12-2025.
The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete to the Mississippi River Project Office Motor Shop . A call order was issued via email to all current blanket purchase agreement (BPA) holders to submit quotes on 7-11-2025. In accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000 must be disseminated by synopsizing in the Governmentwide point of entry, which is https://www.sam.gov.
Unless a quote received via this notice is less than the lowest priced offer received from the BPA holders, quotes submitted in response to this notice will not be considered for award.
In the unlikely event that an award is made from response to this notice the terms and conditions would be similar to the Concrete Purchase Order Terms found in the Attachments/Links section below.
