Provide and install audio/visial equipment upgrades for multiple rooms/facilities at the CRTC in Gulfport, MS and the Air Ground Range in Beaumont, MS.
This requirement will be awarded on “all, or some” method where the base CLINs (0001-0004) will be awarded first and all of the remaining CLINS may or may not be awarded only at the time of award of the base CLINs. Offerer is requested to price each CLIN accordingly.
The majority of the upgrades are to provide and install new televisions and associated equipment, with additional equipment based on the building/room. See attachment 1 for full details.
This requirement is being set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS

The period of performance is 90 days After receipt of Order
The Government reserves the right to award on an "All or Some" basis Provide Quote Expiration Date, Best Delivery Date, and any Discount Terms Quotes, attachments, and all other correspondence as listed in this solicitation must be emailed to both points of contact (POCs) A site visit will be held on 13 August 2025 at 0900. You must register for the site visit by 1200 CST 12 August 2025 by contacting the POC-s of this solicitation. Further details will be provided upon registration.
