Description:
There is a base bid and and an alternate bid.The base bid includes:Remove and replace existing cross-road storm sewer pipes and complete street base repair to the adjacent milled surface for asphaltic overlay and marking by others by October 2025. Also included in the base bid is work to remove and replace a stormwater curb inlet structure, adjacent Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter replacement, erosion control and site finishing. The base bid may require coordination with utilities and other contractors. The Bid Alternate work is generally described as follows:Remove and replace existing storm sewer pipes and existing stormwater structures, install new storm sewer pipes and structures.Remove and restore sections of streets & intersection, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and curb and gutter. Installation of rock check dams along an existing drainage channel on east side of Holcom Park. Grading and landscaping for stormwater detention. Adjust and relocate existing utilities as necessary.Removal and replacement of sidewalk along 27th & 26th Street along with 5 ADA ramps. Sediment and erosion control and site finishing.
