We are pleased to invite you to submit a quotation for MSG Cook Services, as detailed in the enclosed Request for Quotations (RFQ), number 19DA2026Q0002. Please adhere to the guidelines in Section 3 of the RFQ, fill out the necessary parts of the attached document, and forward it to the address specified in the Standard Form 1449 accompanying this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we reserve the right to conduct discussions with companies within the competitive range if needed.

A pre-quotation conference is scheduled for December 12, 2025 at 13:00 (local time) at the Embassy of the United States of America, Dag Hammarskjölds Allé 24, 2100 Copenhagen O, Denmark. Interested offerors/quoters must provide a list of names of the participants via e-mail to CopenhagenContracts@state.gov with the subject line “19DA2026Q0002 MSG Cook Services” no later than 12:00 (local time) on December 10, 2025, to arrange access to the building. Prior notification is required for entry.
