2025 REVETMENT SEASON HEARING TESTS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, solicitation W912EE25QA005 is attached.
Solicitation Number W912EE25QA005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, while reserving the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation if determined to be in the government-s best interest. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, with a small business size standard of $20,500,000.00.
