SummaryThe Mississippi State Department of Health, WISEWOMAN program, seeks an independent contractor to serve in the role of Program Evaluator-RFX-3160007581. The purpose of the Program Evaluator is to assist the program with developing, executing, and disseminating evaluation plans and findings for the purposes of required programmatic evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and targeted service delivery improvements. The Evaluator will create recommendations based on his findings, provide input on evaluation questions, and use the findings for successful achievement of respective program goals.During the performance period, the Evaluator will provide for the following activities.1. Develop, execute, and disseminate evaluation plans2. Guide evaluation and utilize evaluation findings to inform program activities3. Interpretation of data to determine where to develop and implement strategies and interventions4. Create recommendations from findings and provide input on evaluation questions, and use findings for successful achievement of respective program goals.
