This combined Synopsis / Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 562111 Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47M. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued.The performance required under this Purchase Order is to remove garbage Mt Elbert (MTE) Powerplant as specified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement also includes the contractor providing dumpsters for the completion of the service.
