Dear prospective quoters:
SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19KS7025Q0052, Multilateral Summit Planning Services
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Multilateral Summit Planning Services for the U.S. Embassy, Seoul, Korea. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Embassy Seoul intends to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The pre-quotation conference will be held on September 10, 2025 at 10:00 Korea Standard Time.
If you intend to participate in the pre-quotation conference, please contact Yunseong Ko at koys@state.gov to make necessary arrangement no later than September 9, 2025 at 14:00 Korea Standard Time.
Any questions concerning the solicitation should be submitted in writing by September 12, 2025 at 17:00 Korea Standard Time via email to SeoulProposals@state.gov.
