Description
The U.S. Embassy in Ecuador seeks to contract a firm to design and implement a dynamic multimedia campaign to elevate the market share of U.S. products in Ecuador, with a focus on promoting U.S. leadership in technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). The objective of this campaign is to increase awareness, preference, and trust in U.S. products and innovation, while strengthening U.S.-Ecuador trade relations. This project will be executed over a twelve-month period, including planning, implementation, and post-production stages. Due to the nature of the scope of work, the company will work closely with the Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) in developing the campaign narrative, selecting media partners, and designing activities. Service specifications will include:
This diagnostic includes:
Compensation for Project Director, Campaign Manager, Creative Director, Digital Media Specialists, and Event Coordinator.
• All travel costs associated with the campaign, including airfare, lodging, and per diem for Ecuadorian media professionals and influencers traveling to the United States for on-site reporting on product factories and AI research centers.
• Coordination and contracting of Ecuadorian journalists, media outlets, and vetted social media content creators to produce and promote authentic, high-impact multimedia content for Ecuadorian audiences.
• Organization of one major campaign in Ecuador to promote U.S. products and tech innovation leadership.
• Monitoring and evaluation of all project components.
• A final report detailing campaign outcomes, audience engagement, and measurable shifts in awareness and/or perception, gather pre- and post-campaign feedback, including analysis of outcomes and recommendations for future initiatives.
Period of Performance: The performance period will run for twelve months.
