Tenders are invited for Multimedia Outreach Campaign Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide multimedia outreach campaign services for new heavy-duty clean air programs to develop effective advertising mechanisms that raise awareness and ensure fleets know how to comply with the upcoming requirements and provide consultation on the most effective methods of multimedia outreach with representative metrics for demonstration of success.

1. Billboards:

- The contractor shall organize placement of billboard advertisements, either print or electronic, in high-impact locations.

- Coordinate with CARB to develop billboard advertisement design.

- By the end of each showing period, the contractor shall provide detailed records of billboard placement and photographic evidence showing at least 20 percent of the billboards displayed.

2. Radio advertisements:

- The contractor shall organize the placement of radio advertisements on radio programming that is popular among CARB-s targeted audience. CARB staff shall provide advertising content based on specifications provided by the contractor and approve stations and advertising timing slots.

3. Digital marketing:

- Coordinate with CARB to develop CARB-provided messages and other necessary advertising content for Facebook and Google AdWord Messages.

- The contractor shall coordinate strategic placement of Google AdWords and Facebook ad and messages for those seeking information (through web-based searches).

4. Place digital advertisements on social media and streaming platforms:

- The contractor shall coordinate strategic placement of targeted digital advertisements on social media and streaming platforms, such as YouTube, Amazon TV, Facebook and Hulu.
