This amendment deletes in its entirety the attachment 47PD0225RR0026 New Large Term IDIQ Bid Sheet.xlsx dated April 2, 2025 and replaces it with 47PD0225R0026 New Large Term IDIQ Bid Sheets REVISED 6.10.25 dated June 12, 2025 attached separately.The proposal due date and time is hereby extended, from 06/16/2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time to 6/23/2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.Please indicate receipt of all amendments issued as part of your offer. Construction activities for the anticipated solicitation include but are notlimited to commercial office construction and/or renovations/repairs, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) repairs/modifications/replacement, fire sprinkler systems repairs/modification/replacement, sitework, exterior construction repair and alterations (including facades and roofs), demolition (including abatement of hazardous materials), elevator modernizations and any other construction activities thegovernment may require.The GC may be required to utilize the following delivery methods to deliver projects for the GSA:1.
