Base period: 12 months from time of award, with Four 12-month option periods.

The Request for Proposals using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be issued on or by September 30, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability and approach in order to meet the government-s requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement, Key Personnel, Capability to meet the Period of Performance Schedule, Past Performance on three (3) projects providing non-personal service contracts for Respiratory Therapist services within the past five (5) years, and price. The acquisition is 100% Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside.
