- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the upcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Resilient Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services (RAES). The Government's intent is to establish a $3.4 Billion IDIQ contract; each basic IDIQ contract within the MATOC will have a maximum ordering period of ten years comprised of One (1) five-year base period, with One (1) five-year option period for A-E Title I and Title II services in support of FSRM and MILCON projects. This action is a Partial Small Business Set-Aside, with a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) reserve under NAICS 541330 ($25.5M size standard). A DRAFT Synopsis containing detailed information on the scope, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria is attached to this notice for industry review and planning.
