In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to make multiple repairs to Baldhill Dam, located west of Valley City, North Dakota in Barnes County. Critical repairs are to be made to dam ogee concrete, in order to prevent water seepage. Contractor will drill down from top of the dam in order to inject grout into internal cracks. Divers will not be used for this project. Contractor will replace corroded tainter gate skin plate splice fasteners. Work will occur during periods when water flow is lowest but temperatures are above freezing.
