The purpose of this amendment is change offer due date to August 8, 2025 and time remain the same.
All other provisions remain the same.

Amendment 1: July 28, 2025
1. Some of our VA and DoD customers negotiate/draft agreements to consign inventory (store on their shelves almost like loaners but pay for any used/lost inventory). It doesn-t sound like that-s what you-re looking to do? No consign inventory.
2. If not, do you happen to have a consolidated list of the sets you are looking for or the individual part numbers? We are in the process of generating the quotes but would like them to be as close to an equal side by side comparison as possible.There are no part numbers to offer as equal. Offerors are to provide orthopedic and podiatry surgical supplies related to this category only.

Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) and Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) is procuring for Brand Name or Equal Orthopedic and Podiatry Surgical Supplies for the following Brand Name Manufacturers: 1. Smith & Nephew, 2. Globus Medical, 3. Arthrex (Impact Ortho), 4. Treace Medical (Precision Medical), 5. Acumed and 6. Medline Orthopedic (Medacta).
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government will award multiple Firm-Fixed Price BPA contracts resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the Orthopedic and Podiatry Surgical Supplies.
