Amendment 2: Changes requirement quantity and delivery locations, Set Aside: 100% Small Business, attaches Justification for a Brand Name Item, Terms and Conditions.
Amendment 001: The requirement is for electric brakes,TRLR70USE. The Pricing Templat, Part Number is changed from TRLR70USH to TRLR70USE.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation, 70FB8025R00000020, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective August 7, 2025 Revised, and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulations (HSARS), effective December 26, 2024.
