The City of Sugar Land is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for one-time Window Tinting of the Sugar Land Police & Courts Building located at 1200 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478Images of the project location can be found under the attachment section.A site walkis required for the accurate scope and pricing of the potential contracted service. There will be two dates, but attendance is only required at one.This project is meant to accomplish three things.The 1st floor offices are looking for additional security and safety measures with impact-resistant tinting.The 2nd floor is looking to beat the heat and cool the office spaces through the addition of solar tinting to maximize energy efficiency.Color-matched tint for a uniform appearance.Please note this is not a formal solicitation. A contract may or may not be formed from this request. If a formal solicitation is deemed necessary, the selected vendor will be notified.
