The City Of New London (The 201Ccity 201D) Seeks Proposals From Qualified Clean Energy Developers (The Bidders) To Provide Municipal Virtual Net Metering ( 201Cvnm 201D) Offtake From Clean Energy System Or Systems (The 201Csystem(S) 201D) In Eversource Territory That Will Offset Up To 5,300,000 Kwh/Year Of The City 2019S Electrical Load. The Bidder And The City Will Participate In The August/September 2025 Bid Round Of Year 4 Of Connecticut 2019S Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program (The 201Cnres Program 201D), With Vnm For State, Agricultural, And Municipal ( 201Csam 201D) Properties, Administered By Eversource, And If Necessary The February/March 2026 Bid Round Of Year 5 Of The Nres Program.
