  • Replace Building ElectricalReplace approximately 250 LF of electrical system conduit and wiring in the crawl space under building and in the building up to the next junction box that was above the water-s impact line (storm surge). Replace in-kind all electrical wiring, conduit, hangers, and components that were damaged by storm surge underneath and inside the building up to the next junction box that was above the water-s impact line. Safely remove the damaged or deteriorated electrical system conduit and wiring from the crawl space, taking care to avoid damage to other building components or utilities. Disconnect and remove any electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, or devices connected to the existing conduit and wiring as necessary. Install approximately 250 LF of new conduit as PVC per CCVS, hangers, and wiring in the crawl space, and all components, routing them along designated pathways and securing them to structural elements or supports as needed per CCVS. Contractor is responsible to verify measurements/quantities and perform all work to match existing, meeting the latest codes and standards. Use appropriate fittings, connectors, and fasteners to ensure a secure and watertight installation of the conduit and wiring. Reconnect electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and devices to the new conduit and wiring, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. Test each electrical circuit to verify proper functionality and continuity, addressing any issues or deficiencies as needed to ensure compliance with safety standards. Verify proper grounding, insulation, and circuit protection measures are in place to mitigate the risk of electrical hazards or malfunctions. Properly dispose of all removed materials and cleanup and dispose of any electrical materials under the building not needed that are remaining from the temporary repairs.Prepare application documents, submit for and obtain all permits as necessary.The existing building is to remain in operation during co...
