********AMENDMENT 0004 Dated September 8, 2025******
A. The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 5, Wage Determination_Lunenburg_Chesterfield_Campbell_and Fort Belvoir and Attachment 6, Museum Exhibition Pricing Schedule, and extend the date for receipt of quotes to September 30, 2025.
1. As a result of this amendment, Attachment 5 has been updated to incorporate the most recent service wage determinations for Lunenburg County, Chesterfield County, Campbell County and Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
2. As a result of this amendment, the pricing schedule at Attachment 6 has been revised to remove delivery and installation, allowing for delivery and installation charges to be negotiated per individual call order.
3. The date for receipt of quote is hereby changed to September 30, 2025.
B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
