This is a RFQ for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. Solicitation number 140L5725Q0026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561790 with a size standard of $9 million annual revenue.Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
