This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide allpersonnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to Conduct Dive Surveysfor the presence/absence of Mussels and other Mussel-related information for the Ohio River and Tributaries andportions of the Great Lakes and River Division (LRD) to include the following districts: Nashville, Louisville,Huntington, and Pittsburgh in accordance with the attached specifications. The Contractor's work and responsibilityshall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspectionnecessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicableFederal, state and local laws and regulations.
