Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division, in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC), Department of Public Works (DPW) and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) located in Natick, MA, has a requirement to procure prefabricated materials for the delivery and installation of storage shed(s) using the specifications listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Materials should be cut according to the dimensions listed in the SOW. The storage shed, or multiple storage sheds (placed together), must provide 400 square feet (sq ft) of storage. Shed(s) must have rollup doors to allow vehicle access to load and unload storage items. Shed(s) will be placed on paved surface area adjacent to the boat ramp at Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), in Natick MA. Upon assembly of the shed at the required site, the vendor shall anchor the shed(s) to the paved surface using the appropriate anchor bolts or like-materials. Delivery and installation of shed(s) to be included in requirements package.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercially available service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Proposal (RFP) number is: W911QY-25-R-MWR-SHEDS.
The Government intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. All timely offers will be considered, and proposal submission shall be in accordance with Submission Instructions contained herein. Evaluation factors are Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. The Government intends to make award to the Offeror whose proposal represents the Best Value to the Government.
