- The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina (\"City\") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified organizations to provide the City with one or more sponsorship partners for the My Ride Public Transit System (myriderockhill.com).This procurement is funded in whole or in part by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Accordingly, the federal clauses in Attachment A are required to be included to the extent that they are applicable. If any federal clauses are inconsistent with provisions found elsewhere and are irreconcilable with such provisions, the requirements in “Attachment A: Federally Required Contract Clauses” will prevail to the extent that they are applicable.
