Description:
The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned Myrtle Beach MPO 505 N Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577-3978, Horry County. Please see attached Summary of Work.
The estimated cost of the work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000; with construction to commence no later than forty-five (45) days and completion no later than One hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
The solicitation will open October 20, 2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on November 10, 2025. A pre-proposal meeting for this project will be held on October 27, 2025 at 11:00am, (local time) via Teleconference Dial In: (720) 843-2876 – Access code: 744 2616#. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. On-site visits ARE REQUIRED and can be arranged by contacting Shamika Roberts, Postmaster, at (910) 405-9041.
