INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the N. Biagio Street Stormwater Improvements (hereinafter “Project”) will be received by the City of Ozark, 205 N. 1 st Street, Ozark, MO 65721, until 3:00 pm CST, on August 26 th. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 pm CST, on August 26 th, at Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1 st Street, Ozark, MO 65721. The Scope of Work includes the construction of approximately 184 linear feet of 15” diameter storm sewer, 413 linear feet of 30” diameter storm sewer, excavation, tree clearing, material haul-off, and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bid packages will be available after 12:00 pm on August 5 th, and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 2804 N.
