***Start of Update 0004 Posted 20251118*** The purpose of this update is to provide notice and details concerning the upcoming pre-solicitation conference and one-on-one sessions that were postponed due to the Government shutdown. NAVAIR is seeking feedback on the Draft RFP and is hosting a pre-solicitation conference to provide potential Offerors a better understanding of the work required and to accept questions/comments on the Draft RFP. The pre-solicitation conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 02 December 2025 for registered employees of companies that are incorporated in the United States (U.S.) as verified via SAM.gov. Additionally, the Government is offering prospective prime contractors the opportunity to register for an in-person one-on-one session with Government personnel to be held on 03 December 2025 in the vicinity of California, MD. There will not be a virtual/ call-in option for one-on-one sessions.
