Delivery is required 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order after award. This is FOB Destination. Please provide a copy of your item-s specification sheet. Letter of Supply/Authorized Reseller letters and/or Teaming Agreements MUST be submitted WITH THE QUOTE Vendors must submit a quote utilizing the Excel Quote worksheet (see Attachment 1) as an attachment via email to the contract specialist, Nicole Williams (see contact information below). The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.
Technical specifications include that quoted part number is brand name to the requested part number and delivery schedule. Also, vendors must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI.

Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and brand name to the Part Numbers listed above.

Items are subject to review by Global Supply-s Technical Services and/or the customer prior to award. All quotations shall be submitted electronically via email.
