Recover any refrigerant from old chillers, disconnect electrical and plumbing connections. Remove old chillers 1&2 from VA property and properly discard per EPA regulations. Install new chillers 1&2, reconnect all electrical and plumbing connections, ensure chillers are properly connected to our Building Automation System, perform proper start-up procedures and provide a minimum of a 1-year parts and labor warranty from date the equipment is properly running and released back to the DVAMC. Site Visits will not be arranged during this phase. All work will be inspected by COR - Documents:
