N33191-24-R-0031 Design-Build (D-B) Construct Maintenance Facility and Technical Training Center in Djibouti. Amendment 0001 is to correct Attachment 3 Price Schedule. Amendment 0002 correct due date time of 1400 hours CET. Amendment 0003 extend RFP due date to 21 October 2024 by 2pm CET. Amendment 0004 extend RFP due date to 04 November 2024 by 2pm CET. Amendment 0005 to extend RFP due date to 20 November 2024 by 2pm CET and allow for email submission of proposals. Amendment 0006 to extend RFP due date to 08 January 2025 by 2pm CET and clarify the cost to remove trash from the site prior to the beginning of design and construction shall not be included in the offerors price proposal. Amendment 0007 is to announce Site Survey for Sunday, 1st December and Monday, 2nd December 2024 at 10AM.
