INTERESTED OFFERORS SHALL REQUEST A TECHNICAL REFERENCE PACKAGE IN WRITE WITH YOUR RSVP EMAIL. FAILURE TO REQUEST THE TECHNICAL REFERENCE PACKAGE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FOR CONSIDERATION. Please see section L Instruction to Offerors of the solicitation.
Please submit your RSVP in writing to gary.w.murdock.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 3/10/2025 1700 EST (05:00 pm) . All questions shall be submitted to the above email no later than 3/17/2025. Questions and answers will be updated to the solicitation via attachment on 3/18/2025.
Mandatory site walk:
(1) A mandatory site walk will take place 3/12/2025 at 0830 AM in Subbase N Lon Pier 33, New London, Groton, CT 06349
(2) If you do not already possess a badge please reach out to Michael Grondin via email at michael.r.grondin.civ@us.navy.mil and provide your full name and state of residence, with the subject line “SITE WALK FOR BARGE 41”
(3) Michael Grondin will communicate What documents are required to receive a badge.
(4) Please arrive at 0600 AM EST with all required documentation to retrieve your badge. YOU SHALL HAVE THIS DOCUMENTATION OR YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES.
