The intention of this solicitation is to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with recurring and non-recurring work for Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) and Change Of Occupancy Maintenance Services (COMS), Unaccompanied Housing (UH) For Various Military Installations Within Marianas Islands and Applicable Outlying Areas.
