Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract Modification to H S Owen LLC.Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order modification under FAR subpart 13.5 on a non-competitive basis to H S Owen LLC of Medford, NJ (CAGE Code: 4EM02). This modification is to add tasking to N66001-24-P-6010 to continue work from the current contract to finalize integration and refine the software for the end user, complete IA/ATO requirements, and provide documentation, training, and testing. This is a logical continuation of the original effort to procure engineering and training support. Additionally, the contractor shall provide updated ElectroMagnetic Assessment and Prediction Software (EMAPS) (previously referred to as Propagation Channel Assessment and Prediction software (PCAP)) software.This contract modification is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price Contract type with a 12-month period of performance beginning on the day of modification execution.
