The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Northrop Grumman. The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed below. DESCRIPTION YEARLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT - LINE ITEM 1 CONT. FOR (4) REPLACE LICENSES; MANUFACTURE/PART#: NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION/N/APOP START: 08/26/2025 POP END: 08/25/2026 ? Quantity: 4. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519, and the business size standard is $34 million. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
