Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with MathWorks, Inc. under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request to renew the software provided by MathWorks, Inc. for one year of performance. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001: Enterprise Desktop ProgramsItem 0002: Enterprise Server ProgramsPeriod of Performance: FY 2025 ? FY 2026A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is $47.0 (in millions).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
