The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, lodging, food, components, parts and materials for renovation of 35 golf course bunkers using rubber liner and stacked synthetic edges for the United States Government located at the Woodlawn Golf Course on Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
