This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This Solicitation, W9124V-25-R-A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024.
This is a Small Business set-aside.

Award Type: The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) Influencer Marketing Services. Although the Government reserves the right, the Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions. Therefore, quotes should contain the offeror-s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
Basis of Award: The Government will evaluate all quotes to determine the best value to the Government when evaluating past performance, contractor responsibility, technical capabilities and proposed marketing plan that maximizes the Recruiting and Retention-s intent for this requirement.
