The purpose of this SAM.gov notice is to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration-s Earth Science Technology Office (ESTO) has contracted with Blue Clarity LLC to implement the NASA Beyond the Algorithm Challenge to advance the Agency's science goals, particularly in computational technologies such as quantum, neuromorphic, and in-memory computing.
