Description
NASA Headquarters has a requirement to renew annual site licenses for six (6) SEER for Software - Estimator Edition, one (1) SEER for Software - Project Manager Edition, two (2) Electro Optical Sensors Option for SEER-H, and nine (9) SEER for Hardware - Estimator Edition.

NASA Shared Services Center intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Galorath Incorporated of 222 North Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 1700 in El Segundo, California under the authority of FAR 13.501. It has been determined that Galorath Inc is the sole provider for this requirement.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Caitlin.M.Poulton@nasa.gov not later than September 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
