The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposals (RFP) forDebris Removal and Monitoring Serviceswas released by the State ofOklahomaon March 3, 2025.All vendor proposals must be submitted by3:00 pm Central TimeonApril 14, 2025.The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to Debris Removal and Monitoring Servicesfor all Participating States. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.The State of Texas is a member of the NASPO ValuePoint purchasing cooperative and may establish a statewide contract resulting from an award by the lead state.
