Amendment 3 (4 September 2025): This amendment adds the questions received from Industry and the corresponding Government responses as Attachment 16 to the solicitation. As a result of this amendment,11 through 15 have also been added to the solicitation and Attachment 1 has been revised.

As a result of this amendment, the solicitation response deadline has been extended to 15 September 2025 at 1:00 PM EST.
Amendment 2 (21 August 2025): This amendment adds the Site Visit Sign In Sheet as Attachment 10 to the solicitation and clarifies that all questions shall be submitted by email to Martina Biro, Contract Specialist, at alexandra.m.biro2.civ@army.mil and to Brandon Rivett, Contracting Officer, at brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil. The final date and time to submit questions regarding this solicitation shall be August 28, 2025 by 11:59 AM EST.
This amendment also deleted the evaluation factors for award from Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters, and moved them to Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award. Additionally, the definition for the "Somewhat Relevant" rating, which is located in Table 3 - Past Performance Rating in the newly added Section M, was updated.
