Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to State of Idaho Department of Agriculture Animal Health Laboratory
USDA APHIS intends to award a 12-month sole-source Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the State of Idaho Department of Agriculture-s Animal Health Laboratory, a member of the National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN). The proposed contract will be utilized primarily to support the agency-s response to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Birds, Cattle, and Swine. The complete Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is attached.
The National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN) is a network of animal disease diagnostic laboratories that provides ongoing disease surveillance, responds quickly to disease events, communicates diagnostic outcomes to decision makers, and has the capability and capacity to meet diagnostic needs during animal disease outbreaks. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations.
