Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.5, to National Association For Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), 8600 W Bryn Mawr Ave. STE 710N, Chicago, IL. VHA has embraced the NAHQ Healthcare Quality Competency Framework and seeks to continue to align organizational strategies, targeted national and individualized professional development into quality and workforce competencies utilizing this proprietary, standardized and customer informed Framework. Specifically, this requirement is for NAHQ Accelerator Consultation, Reassessment and Support Services, including Individual Corporate Memberships with full access to NAHQ Learning Domains, Individual Healthcare Quality Professional s NAHQ Memberships, and CPHQ Certification Preparatory Courses.A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that can provide this support without adding additional mark ups or compromising the quality of services, may submit a statement of capabilities, which if timely received, will be considered.Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Evidence must be provided along with the capability statement; a price list and any other information furnished in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirement.
