This is a solicitation for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the National Community Outreach & Prevention Engagement. Services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work.
All communications concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, shall be made through the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. All questions, technical or otherwise, in response to this solicitation shall be in writing and received by the Government on or before Wednesday 27, August 2025 by 10:00 AM, Eastern Time. The government will not address any additional questions after this date.
